FAQs

  • You can browse the categories to find an item of interest, or simply search for the item you are looking for in the search box on the homepage…
  • Once you have selected the item you want to order, you will have to click on the ‘add to cart’ button, and a pop-up will appear on the right to proceed to checkout, or if you want to keep shopping, close the pop-up and continue browsing.
  • On the checkout page, enter your name, address, phone number and email.
  •  Enter a password to create an account, or select the option to checkout as a guest.
Select payment method – cash, online payment or bank deposit. If the online payment method is selected,  If the bank deposit method is selected, you will have to deposit the funds into our bank account with the details showing, and share an image of the slip via our WhatsApp line – 076 077 5440 or email it to hplustechnologies@gmail.com, along with your order number. Your order will only be processed once the payment is confirmed.
 
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with an order id and order details. You can use this as a reference for inquiries on delivery, or when collecting your order.

 

  • For pick-up, your order can be collected from our flagship store at no. 71/5  City Plaza Complex, Colombo Street, Kandy For delivery, you will receive an email with a tracking number once it has been dispatched from our store.
